1. Information We Collect

Account information: Name and email address when you sign up.

Project data: Files you upload, comments left by clients, and project settings.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device information via Google Analytics and Contentsquare.

Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service
To send transactional emails (approval notifications, comment alerts) via Resend
To respond to support requests
To analyse usage and improve the product

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets and are only accessible via time-limited signed URLs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Supabase (database and storage)
Resend (transactional email)
Dodo Payments (payment processing)
Google Analytics (anonymous usage analytics)
Contentsquare (session recording and heatmaps)

5. Client Data

When your clients visit a review link, we collect their name (entered voluntarily) and any comments they leave. This data belongs to you as the account holder.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and analytics. By using the Service you consent to cookies.

7. Your Rights

You can:

Request a copy of your data
Request deletion of your account and data
Unsubscribe from emails

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Children

RevisionFlow is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
