Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RevisionFlow (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevisionFlow is a client feedback and revision management tool that allows freelancers to share work with clients, collect feedback, and enforce revision limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on third party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Use the Service to harass or harm others

5. Client Share Links

Share links are your responsibility. Do not share links with unauthorised parties. RevisionFlow is not responsible for how clients use shared links.

6. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By subscribing you agree to their payment terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at himanshu@revisionflow.pro within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.

7. Data and Files

Files you upload are stored securely on Supabase. You retain ownership of all content you upload. We do not access your files except to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

RevisionFlow's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
